* By placing an order with Wood & Mallet you acknowlege that you have read and agree to all T's & C's

* All items will remain the property of Wood &Mallet until paid in full.

* No items will be released by the factory for delivery\collection until paid in full and funds have cleared in the bank account.

* If items are damaged by a delivery company\third party, we will repair free of charge, and if thats not possible we will replace the item, as long as its returned to us at the client or third party's expense.

* Due to the nature of our business and pieces being made to clients specifications, we cannot refund items as we will not be able to resell them
